Shipping and Returns 

Look for the Free Shipping logo to enjoy Free Shipping on over 1,000 items throughout the store. If the "Free Shipping" qualified products in your order total $99 or more, your order ships FREE!

Free standard ground shipping is available for online orders on qualifying products that total at least $99 and are shipped to a single U.S. address. We only ship to the lower 48 U.S. contiguous states. Special deliveries, air freight, lift-gate trucks, or any other incremental service beyond standard ground shipping does not qualify for free shipping.

Inspect your Shipment
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving and carefully check for damages and order accuracy. Please report any discrepancies or damages as soon as possible. On some occasions, you may receive separate shipments if products were ordered from multiple manufacturers. If your product(s) are damaged in shipment - DO NOT ACCEPT IT; please refuse the shipment from the carrier. We will arrange to have replacement material shipped out to you at no cost. If you have accepted a delivery that has concealed damage, you must call us within 24 hours of receipt of the material. All damaged materials must be held for inspection by the carrier. The customer is responsible for all freight claims resulting from damage in transit if they accept the material from the carrier without noting such on the freight bill.

Processing Returns:
To quickly process your return, please email us at Please provide your order # and the details about why you are returning the product (damage, order error, etc.). One of our Customer Service Associates will then provide you with a return authorization number. This return authorization number (RA#) must be written clearly on the return address label or the label supplied on the packing slip. Return authorization requests should be made within 30 days of the order date. We are unable to accept returns without a pre-approved return authorization number (RA#).

NOTE: All items must be returned in the manufacturer’s original box with all instructions, hardware accessories, etc. Item(s) MUST be in resalable condition and unused. Please DO NOT write the return authorization number or addresses on the manufacturer’s box. That makes the item non-resalable and credit will not be issued.

While most of our products are returnable (restocking fees up to 25% may apply), our custom products and special orders are non-returnable. For your protection, we will confirm all custom orders with you within 24 hours of your order placement. After we confirm your selections, we will bill your credit card.

Returns are broken down into two categories. Damaged Goods/Company Error/Manufacturer's Defect and Customer Error/Order Cancellation. You must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) for any of the return categories.

Damaged Goods/Company Error/Manufacturer's Defect
Please notify Eyewash Direct immediately regarding any damages, defects, or company errors. We will work with you and the manufacturer to arrange for a return or exchange per the manufacturer’s warranty and defective policy. Please be advised that the coordination of warranty-related issues can take up to 3-5 business days to resolve. Per the manufacturer’s request, all damaged or defective products must be held for possible inspection, which may include providing photos, videos, or site visits by company representatives. The Buyer is responsible for all freight claims resulting from damage in transit if they accept the material from the carrier without noting such damages on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Title and Loss risk are passed to the Buyer at the time of shipment.

Customer Error/Cancellation
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. A restocking fee of 25% may be applied to all returns that are a result of customer error, order cancellation, or if a customer no longer wants a product. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. Custom configured or special order products are non-returnable. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees, packaging, and processing costs. Orders returned within 30 days will be credited with the invoice amount LESS the original shipping costs and associated fees. The customer is responsible for the acceptable repackaging of all returns. Eyewash Direct will not be responsible for return shipments lost or damaged that are returned by customers.

Shipping & Lead Times
Product availability listed on the site is the typical amount of days it takes to ship your product from the factory. Most of our products ship out within 5 business days, however, please allow additional days for transit time. Shipping charges calculated at checkout reflect standard ground shipping charges. Orders requiring special handling and lift gate services will be charged an additional delivery fee prior to shipment.
