Never received product

Ordered an emergency shower for a job we were doing, needed by a certain date (3 weeks after placing the order) as of this review I still haven’t received my product. I have talked with no less than 3 different people concerning this matter as of today I was told my order was lost and replacement was being sent, however the rep couldn’t tell when I could except to see the replacement or if it could be expedited. My customer wants to know where the product is and I have no answers to give to them and they can’t start operations without it!
