The Bradley S19-323D Emergency Signaling System provides an automatic audible and visual warning whenever a drench shower or eyewash is in use. Designed for indoor or outdoor environments, the system includes a weatherproof horn and amber strobe housed in a NEMA 3R rain-tight, corrosion-resistant enclosure. The flow switch activates both horn and strobe when water flow reaches 2.4 GPM or greater, ensuring clear, immediate notification in critical emergency situations.
System Connections: Compatible with most combination drench shower/eyewash or drench shower units with 1¼″ NPT inlet piping and a 30 GPM water source. Remote hookup is possible via contacts in the flow switch junction box or central control board.
Central Control: Operates from a central control board housed in a NEMA 3R enclosure. Provides multiple input/output connections for integration with building management systems.
Horn & Strobe: Weatherproof horn rated 90 dB at 10 ft, paired with a weatherproof amber strobe flashing 60 times per minute. Both are designed for reliable operation in high-noise, industrial environments.
Flow Switch: Stainless steel, double pole/double throw (DPDT) design. Watertight and pre-assembled for easy installation.
Electrical: 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz power requirement. Prewired with a 6 ft waterproof quick-connect cable for simplified hookup.
Operating Temperature: Rated for ambient environments from -40°F to 120°F (-40°C to 49°C).
