Thermostatic mixing valve for use with multiple eye washes or single shower or safety station, accommodating water flows from 3 - 40 GPM. Internal cold water bypass allows for continued cold water delivery upon hot water failure. Dial thermometer indicates shower/eye wash temperature. Integral supply check stops prevent crossover of supplies. Valve is factory assembled and tested prior to shipment.
